Another healthy financial year for BorgWarner after two major acquisitions and major corporate restructuring

USA – CV powertrain components giant, BorgWarner Inc of Auburn Hills, Michigan, USA, has announced its full-year financial year results, with net sales of USD 14,198 million, an increase of 12.4% when compared with 2022 (12,635 million). Gross profit was up in 2023 with a figure of USD 2,568 million compared to 2022 figures of USD 2,369 million. Operating income is USD 1,160 million, or 8.2% of net sales, with free cash flow of USD 565 million.
