Mahle thermostat business becomes BTT Solutions

Germany – Components manufacturer Mahle GmbH of Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg announced that, on 2 May, it successfully divested its thermostat business, which will now operate under new ownership with a different name.
“Beyond Thermal Technology”, or BTT Solutions GmbH, is now established in Berga, Saxony-Anhalt under the ownership of investment firm Admetos. BTT has taken over the thermostat and valve portfolio from the former ‘Behr Thermot-tronik’ division of Mahle, as well as 600 employees and six sites in Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
