Temsa adds eCanter sales to portfolio in Turkey

An eCanter electric truck

Turkey / Japan - Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC), headquartered in Kawasaki City in Japan’s Kanagawa prefecture, launched its all-electric eCanter in Turkey this month as part of the global roll-out of the zero-emission light-duty truck.

The Japanese truck-maker, owned by Germany’s Daimler Truck AG, said its local Turkish partner, Temsa SA of Adana, began selling the truck in June - sourced as completely built-up units from MFTBC’s assembly plant in Tramagal, Portugal. It is available in five different variants, with GVWs ranging between 6.0 and 8.5 tons.
