Kässbohrer launches new Reefer Series

Germany - Ulm-based trailer builder, Kässbohrer Fahrzeugwerke GmbH, unveiled its new reefer series, utilising its (Glass Reinforced Polyester) polyurethane cold chain panel technology. Designed for the cold chain transportation sector, the gooseneck chassis has been integrated into the floor and one piece king-pin structure has been designed for ease of coupling. The company claims that by using the GRP panel technology (UV resistant), European operators can save Euro 9,300 in five years in fuel costs by reducing the run time of the refrigeration unit.

The company plans to display its new products at this IAA Transportation event in September in Hanover, Germany.
