The Iveco Suzzara plant delivers 1.8 million Daily vehicles

Italy / UK – Earlier this month, the Turin-based Iveco Group, announced that it had produced 1.8 million Iveco Daily vans (including eDaily) at its Suzzara plant in Italy, which has been in operation for over 45 years. The milestone vehicle, an Iveco eDaily, is headed to British retailer Tesco, which ordered 571 of these e-Daily vans as it aims to operate home deliveries fully electrically in the UK by 2030. The latest Iveco eDaily model made its UK debut at the CV show in 2023. A key advantage for operators, the manufacturer states, is its flexibility – it offers a multitude of applications, including tippers, chilled and refrigerated box vans and ariel platforms.
