ZF and Farizon strengthen technology partnership for NEVs

Farizon, ZF sign agreement to strengthen strategic partnership

China / Germany - Geely Farizon New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group (Farizon Auto), the new energy commercial vehicle unit of Chinese automaker, Zhejiang Geely Holding Group, German components manufacturer, ZF Friedrichshafen AG signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the IAA Transportation 2024 exhibition in Hanover, Germany, to strengthen its strategic partnership established in June of this year designed to support Farizon Auto’s expansion in the methanol-hydrogen and electric-powered commercial vehicle segment.

The two companies signed the agreement under the theme ‘Safe, Smart and Sustainable Journey to Farther Horizons’ with the aim of accelerating “the industrialization of ZF’s advanced technologies for Farizon’s new energy vehicles.”
