IAA Transportation 2024: Anadolu Isuzu debuts last-mile electric delivery vehicle at the IAA

Germany / Turkey – At the 2024 IAA Transportation event in Hanover last month, Anadolu Isuzu (Anadolu Isuzu Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ*) of Istanbul launched the Big.e last-mile electric truck. The Big.e delivery vehicle offers a volume of four cubic metres, a load capacity of 1000 kg and a range of between 100 and 170km depending on the battery configuration. Powered by a 9.4 kW electric motor, battery configurations include 10.5 kWh, 15.7 kWh or 21 kWh. The battery can be charged using a standard socket and a full charge can be reached within five and nine hours. Available in 2025, the Big.e features axles from Brist and will be in series production at Anadolu Isuzu's production facility in Çayırova, Turkey, next year. This project was first announced last year at the UITP Global Public Transport Summit.
