Bernhard Schmitz, Member of the Supervisory Board of Schmitz Cargobull

Germany – Schmitz Cargobull AG, a trailer manufacturer based in Horstmar, North Rhine-Westphalia, has appointed shareholder and family member Bernhard Schmitz to the company’s Supervisory Board.

Schmitz originally trained at the company to gain his degree in business administration. After a spell of working for several other companies, he returned to Schmitz Cargobull in 2008, taking various leadership roles in supply chain in procurement. Since 2020, he has served as CEO and co-founder of a supply chain management firm called Exxcility Business Solutions.
