MAN to deliver 52 battery electric buses to Schiphol Airport

Germany / NetherlandsMAN Truck & Bus SE, a subsidiary of the Traton Group based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, has received an order for fifty-two battery electric buses from Royal Schiphol Group NV, an airport management company based in Haarlemmermeer, Netherlands and owner of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.

The Schiphol Group has ordered 52 of MAN’s ‘Lion’s City 12 E’ buses, capable of carrying up to 107 passengers. They will be used to transport travellers and crew members to and from the aircraft at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam.
