Forsee Power inaugurates new Ohio Gigafactory

Forsee factory in Hilliard

USA / France – Last month French battery systems supplier, Forsee Power SAS of Paris, officially opened its multimillion-dollar Gigafactory in Hilliard, Ohio, to serve the North American electric Commercial Vehicle (CV) market. This factory represents a major investment and will focus on producing lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles, including buses, trucks, and other commercial vehicles. The company plans to create about 150 jobs over the next three years and will contribute to the growing EV market in the region, adhering to "Buy America" standards. The facility will manufacture batteries for various applications, helping expand the EV ecosystem in North America.

Forsee already has a global manufacturing footprint with four other factory locations in France, Poland, China and India, which, except for France, focus production mostly on batteries for the 2-wheel, 3-wheel and light 4-wheel vehicle markets.
