USA / Switzerland InCharge Energy Inc of Santa Monica, California, which produces its own range of bi-directional chargers, announced the completion of a majority share buyback from ABB E-mobility (a subsidiary of ABB Ltd of Zürich, Switzerland). While the specific percentage of shares repurchased was not disclosed, ABB E-mobility continues to hold a significant stake in InCharge Energy. As part of the agreement, ABB E-mobility has secured a multi-year license for InCharge's InControl charge management software for global use in their charging equipment. This deal gives InCharge more decision-making power over its future business operations.
