GreenPower appoints a new member of the Board

Sebastian Giordano, the new member of the Board of Directors at GreenPower Motor
Canada – Following the resignation of Cathy McLay, electric-powered medium and heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer, GreenPower Motor Company Inc, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada has appointed Sebastian Giordano as a new member of its Board of Directors. Giordano brings extensive experience in the transportation and electric vehicle sectors. He has served on the boards of companies such as AYRO Inc (a low-speed electric vehicle manufacturer), DropCar Inc (a micro-logistics and mobility services provider), and Transportation and Logistics Systems Inc, where he was Chairman and CEO.
Giordano stated, “GreenPower has clearly established itself as a leader in the industry. I look forward to working with the other members of the Board, in support of the company’s management team, to help GreenPower achieve its growth objectives.”
