Irizar adds further e-bus order from Luxembourg

Luxembourg / Spain – Bus and coach manufacturer, Irizar eMobility of Aduna, Spain (part of the Irizar Group of Ormaiztegi, Spain) announced that the Voyages Emile Weber group, a Luxembourg-based transport company, placed an order for 11 electric Irizar ie buses. This order comprises of nine 12-metre buses and two 18-metre articulated buses. The delivery of these units is scheduled for late 2025. These buses will be manufactured at Irizar e-mobility's facility in Aduna, Spain. According to Irizar, they will be equipped with the latest generation Irizar NMC 3.0 batteries and a new drivetrain, enhancing their performance.
This recent acquisition adds to the twenty-one Irizar electric buses that Voyages Emile Weber previously purchased in 2019, reinforcing their commitment to sustainable public transportation.
