Goodyear unveils new CV tyre

USA – Akron, Ohio-based Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company has unveiled its new regional Commercial Vehicle (CV) tyre, the Cooper Work Series RHA 2. The tyre comes with key performance assurances such as stone protector ledges that help protect the casing from stone penetration. Five rib tread promotes even wear whilst scrub ground compound helps resist tyre wear/abrasion. Finally, the patented “Cooper Wear Square” allows drivers and maintenance officials to quickly approximate the tyre’s remaining tread life.
Additionally, in 2023, Goodyear expanded its light commercial vehicle tyre portfolio by adding 24 new sizes across the EfficientGrip Cargo 2, Vector 4Seasons Cargo, and UltraGrip Cargo ranges. This expansion aims to provide reliable and durable options for fleets, helping to reduce downtime and operational costs.
