Utility Trailer acquires and merges dealership locations in western United States

USA – Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company LLC of City of Industry, California has made two separate moves to change the structure of its distribution network: it acquired a trailer sales company in the state of Oregon, and it merged two of its dealer groups in the western United States into a single entity.
At the beginning of this year, Utility Trailer’s Californian sales and service subsidiary bought TNT Trailer Sales, a dealer based in Troutdale, Oregon. The newly acquired firm will now operate under the name of Pacific Coast Utility Trailer. Business partners Allan Brown and Chris McMullin of TNT Trailer Sales will stay on as vice president of operations and general manager, and director of business development, respectively.
