Eberspächer and Zeliox form joint venture “Eberspächer Zeliox B.V.”

Germany / NetherlandsEberspächer Group, based in Esslingen am Neckar, Germany, and Zeliox Sales B.V., headquartered in the Netherlands, have established a 50:50 joint venture named Eberspächer Zeliox B.V. The partnership focuses on developing and distributing integrated all-in-one energy storage systems designed for mobile power supply applications in commercial and special-purpose vehicles.

The joint venture aims to design, produce, and market advanced mobile energy storage solutions that combine Zeliox’s battery technology with Eberspächer’s system integration and global sales network. These energy storage systems offer scalable capacities from 0.65 kWh to 2.6 kWh and integrate all necessary components to enable fast, simple installation in commercial and special vehicles. The products feature intuitive app-based controls, optional remote monitoring, and versatile charging options, including fast DC/DC charging and mains connection.
