USA – Auburn Hills-based powertrain components supplier BorgWarner Inc. has announced the appointment of Joseph Fadool as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, following the retirement of Frédéric Lissalde. Lissalde will remain in an advisory role until August 2025 to support a smooth transition.
Fadool, a 14-year veteran of BorgWarner, brings extensive leadership experience, having served as President of four business units before his most recent role as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and a Master of Science in Computer and Electronic Controls from Wayne State University.
