Germany / NetherlandsBernard Krone GmbH & Co, based in Werlte, Germany, has entered a strategic partnership with Webfleet, Bridgestone’s fleet management platform, to offer telematics for commercial fleet operators. Through Webfleet’s OEM connect program, Krone trailers equipped with factory-installed telematics can now be directly integrated into the Webfleet platform, eliminating the need for aftermarket hardware installations. This integrated trailer solution is now available to European Webfleet customers

This collaboration provides fleet operators with real-time access to critical trailer data, including location tracking, trip history, tyre pressure monitoring (TPMS), payload management, and proactive maintenance alerts. The integration aims to reduce downtime and improve overall safety and security while saving time and costs. Fleet operators can activate the Webfleet integration via the Krone telematics platform. Krone is the second trailer manufacturer to join the Webfleet OEM connect program, following Schmitz Cargobull.
