Allison appoints Scott Mell as new CFO

USA - Allison Transmission Inc, gearbox and e-Axle manufacturer based in Indianapolis, Indiana, has appointed Scott Mell as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Treasurer, effective April 14, 2025, succeeding Fred Bohley, who was serving in the role temporarily. As CFO, Mell will oversee financial strategy, planning, reporting, treasury, and investor relations. Mell has over three decades of international financial leadership, having served in roles at TriMas, Riveron Consulting, Ernst & Young, and McKinsey.
