MAN strengthens customer service operations in South Korea
South Korea / Germany - Commercial vehicle manufacturer, MAN Truck & Bus SE, headquartered in Munich, Germany is strengthening its customer service and aftermarket operations in South Korea, with an increased focus on digitalization as part of the company’s broader “MAN Core 360” integrated, customer-oriented connectivity strategy.
The company, part of Volkswagen’s Traton Group, launched the “My MAN Korea” mobile application in July, which enables operators to book vehicle maintenance, obtain repair and servicing cost estimates, and look up technical information such as vehicle function manuals.
