GermanyGrammer AG of Ursensollen, Bavaria, a global supplier of seating systems and interior components for commercial vehicles and passenger cars, has undergone major changes to both its Supervisory Board and Executive Board in 2025, marking a period of governance realignment and leadership transition.

In March 2025, Dr. Martin Kleinschmitt, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, along with four other shareholder representatives, stepped down from their roles ahead of schedule. Their resignation was part of a coordinated effort to restructure the board and allow for a fresh slate of shareholder-appointed representatives. These new appointments were submitted for court confirmation, with formal approval taking place in May 2025.
