Hyundai unveils improved Universe hydrogen bus

The Hyundai Universe bus

South Korea - Hyundai Motor Company, headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, has introduced an upgraded version of its Universe hydrogen fuel cell bus, with improved performance, including an extended driving range of up to 960 km on a single charge.

The new Universe fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV) is powered by an integrated dual motor and transmission system, providing a maximum power output of 350 kW and 1,800 Nm of torque. Its fuel cell system produces up to 180 kW, supported by a 48.2 kWh lithium-ion battery.
