Forsee Power and partners launch platform to finance low-carbon mobility

France Forsee Power SAS* of Paris, France, and its partners, which include Mitsui & Co., and EDF Pulse Ventures, has launched Neot e-motion, a pan-European financing platform dedicated to low-carbon mobility. The initiative comes with EUR 350 million in new equity commitments from partners Mirova, Alba Infra Partners, and Banque des Territoires, bringing Neot’s total equity to EUR 500 million and enabling nearly EUR 2 billion in assets to be financed.

Neot e-motion will provide “as-a-service models such as Battery-as-a-Service, Vehicle-as-a-Service, and Charge-as-a-Service, helping transport operators and municipalities deploy electric buses, trucks, charging infrastructure, and retrofit projects without heavy upfront investment.” A dedicated arm, Neot e-motion France, will focus on the domestic market with support from Banque des Territoires.
