Fruehauf UK appoints Mike Taylor as new Managing Director

Mike Taylor as new Managing Director of Fruehauf UK
UK – Grantham-based tipping trailer builder, Fruehauf Ltd, has appointed Mike Taylor as its new Managing Director, effective 18 August 2025. Taylor spent over 20 years at Hyva, including 14 years as Managing Director, where he oversaw manufacturing, product development, sales, and aftersales. More recently, he served as European Regional Director, managing the production of 2,000 vehicles annually and leading 88 staff across the UK and Europe.
Taylor said he was proud to join a company with such a strong history and reputation in the transport sector and looked forward to building on recent successes. CEO Tom O’Rourke added that Taylor’s proven leadership and deep industry experience make him ideally placed to guide Fruehauf into its next chapter.
