Gary Hunt has been appointed as Fruehauf’s new Business Development Manager, tasked with looking after existing customers and generating new clientele in the Midlands and the North of England. Working alongside the National Technical Sales Manager, Karl Spooner, the company is looking to significantly boost UK trailer sales this year.

According to Fruehauf, “these 70 cubic yard capacity tippers are specified with remote-controlled weigh loaders and electric easy sheets, both of which can be operated by the driver from inside the cab.”

Fruehauf Ltd, based in Grantham, has made three appointments to its senior management team.

Grantham-based tipping trailer builder Fruehauf Ltd has been bought out of administration by truck supplier MV Commercial, based in Airdrie, Scotland. Fruehauf had traded under the control of administrators for four weeks, with the completed sale protecting 120 jobs at the company’s 674-acre site in Lincolnshire.
