Sono Motors uplisted to Nasdaq Capital Market

Germany / USA – The holding company of Sono Motors GmbH, ‘Sono Group NV’ – a producer of “solar bus kits” – successfully listed on the Nasdaq on 5 September, under the ticker symbol ‘SSM’.
The company says it was uplisted from the OTCQB Venture Market to Nasdaq’s Capital Market, which is geared towards companies with a small market capitalisation. According to Sono Motors, the public listing will support the further growth of the business by “enhanc[ing] liquidity”, attracting a “broader and more diverse investor base”, and boosting the company’s visibility.
