Fuso & Hino to be managed by new holding company called Archion

Mitsubishi-Fuso to merge its domestic plants with Hino
Japan - Commercial vehicle manufacturers, Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC), headquartered in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and Hino Motors Ltd, headquartered in Tokyo, have announced significant updates to their upcoming integration plans since the final merger agreement was signed on 10 June 2025.
A new company, Archion Corporation, has been established and is scheduled to begin operations at the beginning of the next fiscal year, on 1 April 2026. It will be headquartered in Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo, and will serve as the holding company for both Mitsubishi Fuso and Hino, holding 100% of their equity.
