China Yuchai aim to mass-produce the hydrogen internal combustion engine, which was developed by Guangxi Yuchai and the Beijing Institute of Technology.

The joint venture will develop fuel-cell powertrain systems in the municipalities of Beijing and Tianjin and the province of Hebei in northeast China.
