The Hyva Group has announced effective June 1, 2019, it merged its Southern African operations, Hyva Southern Africa with independent truck crane dealer, Lift & Shift to form Hyva Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd, which is to be based in Johannesburg.

Kennis, a brand of material handling specialist, Hyva BV, headquartered in Alphen aan den Rijn, introduced its Hyva Kennis e-Power rolloader crane at the Bauma event in Munich early this month.
