Master Freios stated that it plans to utilize the expertise, structure and distribution network of EBS, which has a strong presence in European and Asian countries.

Master has strengthened its position in the markets of South America with construction of a new semi-automatic warehouse and further investment in its S Camshaft brake production facility.

The BRA14m (USD2.8m) deal, which was first announced last November, was finalised in February this year.
