Sumitomo Rubber do Brasil Ltda has had a presence in Brazil for more than a decade - but manufacturing tyres for trucks only started in 2019.

Sumitomo Brazil will invest USD190m over the next five years to expand the production capacity of its factory in Fazenda Rio Grande, where it produces light commercial vehicle tyres.
