ZF to merge CV divisions and appoints new leadership team

Germany – The ZF Group of Friedrichshafen, is to restructure its commercial vehicle operations by combining its Commercial Vehicle Technology and Commercial Vehicle Control Systems divisions from January 1, 2022, into one. The new name of the CV division will be the Commercial Vehicle Solutions Division with Wilhelm Rehm as head, effective to lead the division immediately.

Rehm, Member of the ZF Board of Management since 2012, will oversee the commercial vehicle business in addition to industrial technology and materials management. Rehm is to lead the new division and spearhead a new leadership team selected from both divisions to provide and ensure strong continuity within the new ZF Group structure.
