MAN completes sale of Steyr plant in Austria to WSA

MAN Truck & Bus plant in Steyr, Upper Austria

Austria / Germany – MAN SE of Munich, Bavaria, Germany has completed the sale of its Austrian division, MAN Truck & Bus Österreich GesmbH to investment firm, WSA Beteiligungs GmbH of Schleusingen in Thuringia, Germany. The purchase includes all the company’s shares and the manufacturing plant at Steyr, Upper Austria. The company is to be renamed as ‘Steyr Automotive GmbH’.
