Daimler Truck fills key finance positions

Germany – Daimler Truck AG, based in Stuttgart, Germany, has announced the appointment of two positions within its finance division. Claus Bässler will take on the overall management of the Treasury and Tax unit of the company, with Christian Herrmann appointed to Head of Investor Relations / M&A and Participation Management.

Bässler has been at Daimler since 1993, previously serving as CFO of Daimler Buses and Commercial Managing Director of EvoBus GmbH. Christian Herrmann has been responsible for Technology M&A and Ventures for Daimler since 2016.
