Scania appoints Annette Danielski and Stefano Fedel to Board of Directors

Sweden – Scania AB, a commercial vehicle manufacturer based in Södertälje, Sweden, has made two new appointments to the Board of Directors.
Annette Danielski has been made Chairman of the Board and a member of the Audit Committee. She recently also became Chief Financial Officer at Traton SE, Scania’s parent company, and holds positions on supervisory boards for MAN Truck & Bus and Volkswagen Original Teile Logisitk Beteiligungs-GmbH. She previously held senior managerial roles at Daimler and Audi.
