Hyundai and Iveco explore broad-based collaboration

South Korea / Italy - Hyundai Motor Company (HMC) of Seoul, South Korea and Iveco Group of Turin, Italy in March agreed to explore opportunities to collaborate in several key areas, from vehicle technology to joint component sourcing and mutual vehicle supply.

The two vehicle manufacturers signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at Hyundai Motor’s headquarters in the South Korean capital Seoul, at an event attended by Hyundai Motor’s CEO Jaehoon Chang and the company’s head of Commercial Vehicle Development, Martin Zeilinger, together with Iveco Group’s CEO, Gerrit Marx and chief technology & digital officer, Marco Liccardo.
