Hyliion appoints former Meritor CEO to board of directors

USA – Hyliion Holdings Corp, an e-powertrain provider for Class 8 trucks based in Austin, Texas, has announced that Jeffrey “Jay” Craig will join its board of directors.

Craig previously served as CEO of Meritor Inc, where he oversaw the firm’s development of its electrification products, some of which are now used in Hyliion’s Hypertruck ERX. Craig had also previously served as Senior Vice President and CFO, as well as President and COO at Meritor.
