The Board of Directors has approved the decision to repurchase USD 20 million of its common stock through a “stock repurchase program”.

The company recently achieved ISO 9001-2015 certification for its Quality Management Systems (QMS) at its Cedar Park, TX facility. ISO 9001* is a globally recognised standard that specifies requirements for a QMS. Organisations apply the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

With the ‘Karno’ generator installed, Hyliion’s ERX powertrain will now work with a range of different fuel sources, such as hydrogen, propane, and ammonia, as well as conventional fuels.

Craig joined Hyliion’s board of directors in February 2022 after serving as Chief Executive Officer at Meritor.

‘Karno’, made by metal additive manufacturing or 3D printing, is designed to generate power from over 20 different fuel types, including hydrogen, natural gas, propane, ammonia, and conventional fuels.

Hyliion Holdings Corporation, based in Austin, Texas, has announced the appointment of Cheri Lantz to the role of Chief Strategy Officer. Most recently, Lantz served as Vice President of Strategy for the Transportation Solutions Segment at TE Connectivity, where she was responsible for helping shape a forward-looking strategy within the automotive, commercial vehicle, and sensors industries.

Austin, Texas-based truck retrofitter Hyliion Holdings Corp has recently received two orders for a total of 70 units of its Hypertruck ERX. 50 units have been purchased by GreenPath Logistics, with a further 20 units ordered by Mone Transport.
