Michael Frick, new CFO of ZF Group

Germany – ZF Friedrichshafen AG, an automotive systems supplier based in Friedrichshafen, Baden-Württemberg, has announced the appointment of Michael Frick as Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 December. He succeeds Dr Konstantin Sauer, who will leave ZF at the end of the year.

Frick has worked at automotive components manufacturer Mahle since 2003. His most recent roles include CFO and interim Chairman of the Management Board.
