Symbio signs MoU with Gaussin for supply and integration of fuel cell technology

FranceSymbio, a joint venture between Faurecia and Michelin based in Fontaine, Isère, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Gaussin SA of Héricourt, Haute-Saône, proposing to support integration of its fuel cell systems with Gaussin’s hydrogen-fuelled terminal tractors. 

The potential partnership between the two companies would see Symbio supplying its ‘StackPack’ fuel cell systems to Gaussin’s ‘ATM’ range. This would represent the first case of Symbio’s fuel cell technology being used in vehicles for off-highway logistics applications.
