Goodyear names new Chief Financial Officer

USA – Akron, Ohio-based Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company has announced Christina Zamarro as their new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, taking over from Darren R. Wells, who will become Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer.
Joining Goodyear in 2007, Zamarro has occupied roles as Vice President of Finance, accredited with strengthening the company’s financial strategy and investor relations. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree, her new role will entail leading Goodyears global financial organisation, strategy, corporate finance, investor relations, accounting and finance teams in the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
