Loop Energy strengthens Board of Directors

Canada – Loop Energy Inc, a manufacturer of hydrogen fuel cell systems based in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, has announced the appointment of Paul Cataford to its Board of Directors as well as the company’s executive management teams as its interim Chief Financial Officer, replacing Damian Towns who resigned last year. This comes off the back of the 2022 appointment of Kent Thexton as the Chair of the Board.
Cataford brings over 30 years of financial and business executive experience focusing on areas of governance, strategy, emerging markets, and high-growth technology. He has sat on the boards of Titan Medical and Sierra Wireless.
