Quantron showcases QHM FCEV Aero at company press day

The QHM FCEV Aero by Quantron

GermanyQuantron AG, a retrofit firm based in Gersthofen, Bavaria, hosted a series of press days in April during which it premiered an aerodynamic variant of its heavy-duty fuel-cell electric truck and announced a joint venture related to its vehicle provision service.

At the ‘Q-Days’ event between 21 and 28 April, Quantron for the first time showcased the ‘QHM FCEV Aero’, a version of the truck (based on the MAN TGX) which was shown at IAA Transportation 2022. With exterior modifications to the cab in combination with a smart energy management system, Quantron claims the aerodynamic variant can improve the range of the QHM FCEV (700 km or 1,500 km, depending on the fuel storage volume) by up to 10%.
