Reshuffle at the executive level of BMZ

Sven Bauer, new CEO of the BMZ Group
Germany – This month, BMZ Germany GMBH, a subsidiary of the BMZ Group, a battery manufacturer for commercial vehicles, based in Karlstein am Main, Bavaria, Germany, appointed Volker Ritzert as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective August 1st, 2023. Ritzert replaces Sven Bauer, who moves to the post of Group CEO.
Ritzert now reports to Sven Bauer, based at the group's German headquarters, as both men aim to implement the company's global growth plans. In May this year, BMZ Germany appointed a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Product Officer (CPO).
