Latest Z-19 chassis cab design by Zeus Electric Chassis

USAZeus Electric Chassis Inc of White Bear Lake, Minnesota has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Edison Manufacturing and Engineering Inc of Port Huron, Michigan, which would see Edison producing Zeus’ Class 5 electric chassis cabs starting next year.

Following the appearance of the ‘Z-19’ electric vehicle platform at the last ACT Expo, Zeus says it has made some alterations based on customer feedback. The Class 5 vehicle will launch with two-wheel drive, a new cab, and a new 800V electrical architecture. The vehicle will be driven by a dual rear wheel electric axle (from an unspecified supplier).
