Japan - Isuzu Motors Ltd, headquartered in Yokohama in Japan’s Kanagawa prefecture, displayed a prototype hydrogen fuel-cell heavy-duty truck it has co-developed with Honda Motor Company at this year’s Japan Mobility Show, previously known as the Tokyo Motor Show.

Isuzu said the two companies have been working together since January 2020 on “verifying the compatibility of fuel-cell systems for heavy-duty trucks and the establishment of a foundation for basic technologies such as vehicle control technologies.” See Honda to supply fuel cell systems to Isuzu from 2027.
