Nikola appoints Jonathan Pertchik to Board of Directors

USA – Nikola Corporation, an electric truck manufacturer based in Phoenix, Arizona, has appointed Jonathan Pertchik to its Board of Directors.
Pertchik has held leadership positions at various companies managed by investors such as Starwood Capital Group, TPG Inc, Carl Icahn, Richard LeFrak and Perry Capital LLC. Most recently, he was CEO and Managing Director of TravelCenters of America LLC, the country’s largest publicly traded operator of truck stops and travel centres.
