MAN eTruck

GermanyMAN Truck & Bus SE, a subsidiary of the Traton Group based in Munich, Bavaria, has announced that it has received a total of 700 orders and order requests so far for its upcoming range of battery electric trucks for long haul applications, which are set to enter serial production next year.

The new ‘eTrucks’, which are based on the ‘TGX’ and ‘TGS’ heavy truck ranges, were launched at the end of October 2023. 200 “limited edition” vehicles will be produced this year; MAN says that these have already sold out. A further 500 are also on order, and these will be delivered next year when large-scale production begins in Munich.
