UFI Filters appoints Stefano Gava as CEO

Stefano Gava, CEO of UFI Filters

Italy – UFI Filters SpA, a specialist in filtration and thermal management for automotives based in Porto Mantovano, Italy, has appointed Stefano Gava as CEO of the company, replacing Rinaldo Facchini.

Gava is promoted from his position as Chief Operating Officer EMEA. He joined the company in 2015 and has held numerous leadership positions, including Group Chief Financial Officer (based out of Shanghai, China) and Chief Operating Officer Americas.
