Ole Hoefelmann assumes role of President of Nikola Energy

USA – Nikola Corporation, an electric truck manufacturer based in Phoenix, Arizona, has promoted Ole Hoefelmann to the role of President of Nikola Energy, replacing the incumbent Joe Cappello.
Hoefelmann spent 30 years of his career at the French industrial gases firm, Air Liquide. After a brief stint at Plug Power, he joined Nikola as Global Head of Infrastructure Operations. Now, following the departure of Cappello from the company, Hoefelmann has assumed leadership, overseeing the company’s supply strategy, technology, dispensing, and development, as well as directing Nikola’s hydrogen fuel brand ‘Hyla’.
